MCC believes the answer to man’s basic needs is a personal relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ. We are committed to sharing the message of Jesus Christ in culturally relevant and compassionate ways.
God never intended church to be a spectator sport. We are committed to helping believers discover their unique God-given design, develop their God-given gifts, and exercise their gifts in meaningful service to others.
But maybe even more important, serving is FUN, as we learn in real time that it is more blessed to give than to receive.
So get involved by sharing God’s love near and far.
Here’s some ways you can do that today. Find out other ways to serve locally by emailing Celia or call the church office.
Bless the little children!
If you love children, please consider volunteering to care for our children in the nursery at either the 9 or 10:30 a.m. service. You will be scheduled for the nursery once a month or less frequently depending on the number of volunteers. Older teens are welcome to minister in the nursery too. For more information, email Janet [Janet_banghart@verizon.net] or call the church office.
If you have the gift of hospitality or service, you’ll love teaming up with the folks who brew the coffee, cut bagels and serve up a time of fellowship every Sunday morning. Email Arlene [email@example.com] or see her during bagel time.
